How to personalize your calendar’s font(s):

Open your calendar in Microsoft Word. Once you have it open, it will prompt you for the month you want to view and if you want it to be different, feel free to change the value and continue.

Now that the calendar is open and ready for editing, we can choose to change the calendar’s theme. You will see in the navigation bar in Word a menu item for Calendar and when you click it you will find the Theme option.

Personalization of your calendar
In the Calendar menu you can change the date, the theme, the colors, and the fonts.

So click Fonts and you will get a drop down of options that you can hover/move your mouse over and see how it changes the calendar’s look and feel. Here are some examples:

Font Personalization - Initial view
Font Personalization – Initial view
Font Personalization - Hovering over Arial font
Font Personalization – Hovering over Arial font

Above you see the difference of hovering over Arial.

To see more of the impact of the fonts, try to shrink the zoom of the page using the slider in the MS Word footer:

As you can see I changed it to 80% and with that we can see the impact not only to the top of the calendar but also to the calendar itself:

Once you find the one you like and click it, your calendar has been updated to the new look and feel and will be able to save, print, and share it.
